KINDER is looking to grow its team. We are searching for Educational Therapists and Executive Functioning Coaches to serve our clients either virtually or in-person in New York City or California.
Job Description
-
Handle a small caseload of four or more students.

Schedule and conduct 45-90min sessions virtually or in person.

Empower students with executive functioning skills and strategies to handle their school and daily living tasks

Support clients with homework, academic skill. development, and management of daily living skills

Teach students self-advocacy and social skills as it pertains to their school/home functioning.

Manage behavioral and emotion regulation concerns during sessions using behavior management strategies and reinforcing student coping skills.

​Communicate with parents, teachers, and therapists on a regular basis to monitor progress and inform client goals.

Attend weekly supervision to learn evidence-based practices to inform direct work.
Qualifications
-
Junior in college or above
-
1 year experience working with children or teens

Strong writing and communication skills

Willing to learn and apply comprehensive training in working with neurodiverse students
Compensation
Compensation is negotiable and based on experience. Workers are eligible for a 10% bonus based on performance.
